The above Man in picture is William Hotz, 59, of Valley Stream, N.Y., is accused of punching a store clerk after refusing to pay for an ice cream cone he tried to purchase with an expired coupon, police say. Isn’t this is a sad news 
I think he should be given free ice cream even if the coupon is expired. At least he kept that coupon for so long time.
