That rough clay thing

I don’t know what it’s called, but some aunties swear it makes hair disappear.

Anyone tried it?

Don't they try that on little kids so that when they get older they won't have a lot of hair? I think one of my bhabi's tried it. I don't know what she used. Its a mixture of things.

hmm...i dunno if you r asking for that ubtan kind of thing .....

well , when we (us siblings n cousins) were babies ....our mothers used it on us ....n Alhamdulillah we don't have any facial hair /on arms/legs waghera

lemme know if you want to know what is it .....but i think it works in infancy only!

Its called "kacha atta" not clay!!!!!!!

Its applied to a new born infant only, to get rid of Xcessive hair. Its applied several times, consecutively on the earlobes, forehead, neck, & areas where u wouldnt want a man to have hair. Just be careful & dont apply it on the area where beard grows, coz u'll ruin it.

No no. It's actually a rough tablet of clay. Not the ubtan and atta you mentioned.

hm, havent come across any, but it sounds familiar to a white piece I 1nce saw, which Im not sure off. I'll ask & lets see if I can find an answer

I've only seen people rubbing atta on babies faces. Guess what? It doesn't work. Big surprise!

mehnaz, justify, I know it does work...if its the atta ur talking about

When my cousin was born, they rubbed that atta stuff all over her face. Now she is 13 years old and she has hair on her face, arms, etc. just like the majority of other girls in her age group. In that sense, it doesn't work.

In my case, it was rubbed all over my face, & now I have a weird beard...!

It should be raw, & applied for several days, not just 1nce...The application can be anytime of the day. If its arms ur concerned about, then it should have been applied regularly...!

mehnaz
it actually helped us ,all of us cousins don’t do any waxing etc. …we don’t need to …only placefor us is uppe lips to do threading waghera …coz according to ammi …we couldn’t shut our mouth for long enough to rub that :hehe:

What a girlie thread :p

^ Explains why you're here. :p

Its a girlie thread & Im the only guy replying like a nanny :hehe:

atta on face :-s

I don’t know, maybe my chachi applied it wrong. Khair, I found it weird rubbing atta on a new born. :stuck_out_tongue:

does anyone know how to make ubtan? And what does it do and after how long do you apply it (monthly, daily, etc.)?

Woah! You learn something new everyday.

lol...told u paki girls were hairy

No one knows what I’m talking about :teary1:

It’s like a pumice stone – but made from clay.
