Have you been to Tharparkar?
Somebody told me Tharparkar has the scent of soil in it’s breeze.Is that correct?
How it is to be there?Being an outsider..

Never been to there. We have some relatives in Khipro (Umar-Kot) and my cousins and sister have visited them once.
What do you mean by scent of soil? Every area got affection for its people and Thar is no exception. Sur Marvi of Shah Latif introduces not only magical characters of Thar, but talk lot about life style and flowers, birds, vegetable, local foods, arts. Look at Thar from Marvi’s prospective and you will fall in love with the land and its people.

Atleast his monthly pay-roll would have indicated that.
And he is a staunch PPP worker.

BTW, Thar’s langauge is totally different and most melodious dialect of Sindi.
