"chalo poondi kernay chalein" ... disgusting word ... but i've had my cousins making such offers ... it means to go out and tarofy young people of the other gender ... guys stare and hoot while girls giggle and sharmaofy and act all "omg omg omg!!!"..

i never heard of police being called mammooz ... i thought they were called chhillar .. or something

We've always used the word "Mamoo" for Police.

chillar is a punjabi term, tullay/mamoo is a karachi term.

I knewa bout tharki. Never heard of poondi til I heard it in chat.

ahaha mamoo. we call the police mamoo. and then if there's a big crash, baraat.
