So like what do you do if you have a really tharki boss?
Like one trying to get too close, asking personal questions all the time, trying to brush up or touch and being tharki overall…
and he/she is like semi owner of the company?

explain nicely once. if sexual harassment continues use my desi female techniques give my intimidating murder look, tell those higher up. If it doesn't work take off my shoe and threaten to slap him. If it doesn't work i will say i have older brothers who can make a lamb keema out of you and sell you at the nearest desi restaurant. Kisi ko pata bhi nahi chalega iss keema main naya flavour kya hai. avoid all attempts at violence but if this behaviour continues i will pepper spray and give one tight slap on the cheek. Why should i move? i worked hard for the job and i passed the interview and it was because of my talents and not because the tharki boss thought i was gorgeous. I got it because of my talent ok and i'm going to believe that. Tharki boss can get suspended or transferred or go to jail and face tharkipana there.
OK that's what i would do if i had magical powers like harry potter. in reality like Sara i'd probably leave and find a new job :(

But yaar har boss acha nahi hota. Har boss mein woh izzat wali baat nahi hoti and some take advantage.
Yeh log asli mard nahi hote cowardly hote hain. Ek akeli tanha larki ka fayda utana chahte hain.
I am sure if i had a tharki boss and i told a friend of mine, jo aap ki tara sochta hai, he would def beat up the guy. sahi baat hai na?
jk. i am against violence. i meant metaphorically beat up in an emotional way.
