Darn, I figure in none of the Bhais-Behans-Chachas list above.
There goes my 7 years of mehnat on Gupshup down the drain.
I guess the way to win accolades on Gupshup (and be able to write reviews) is to assume “Rameez Raza” type 'political-correctness", have a high-tolerance level for “morons” and even call a “spade” - a “shovel”, if required.

btw, my favourite on Gupshup is Cheetah Behan. I esp liked her unsolicited reviews.

I have noticed a pattern in your posts which suggests you may have a bipolar disorder… When India loses - you run amock on this forum with threads such as this , while you suddenly become all intellectual and analytical when Pakistan loses.

why should we run away ....we never called our team "team pakistan"...lol...plus we never disappeared, never got upset and always let our opponents enjoy their well-deserved win and most importantly, we are right here taking the defeat on chin.....we never announced any retirement.....:)

by the way, wah jee wah some 1 is so lucky...he got some awesome Chamchhaas....apnay boss kee ghulami ka haq ada kar diya.....:D

Really guys, the comments and opinions made by the Guppies during the Pak-India series were exceptional. I really enjoyed reading them and contributed my thoughts as well.

Some1, Dhobi bhai, Lahori Munda, Captain and Fair_balance and many more, a job really well done. They all participated brilliantly. That's the way to go!! Everybody blended in very well with their thoughts and that's what we are here for. MashAllah, I guess Pak-India series threads were the most active ever...

If yes then every fan who's team gets defeat should retire.
If not then they should stay.
Some people here need to make up their mind and explain what exactly they want. Let there be a sane clarification. But then sanity is not something that is expected from those people. One cannot expect anything better from a hatemonger...

PS: Thanks Umer bhai. Your contribution was very valueble.Looks like these days you dont spend too much time here. But whatever you posted was quality stuff.

Team India is the official name of the Indian Team - much like Oakland Raiders, Seattle Seahawks.....or even Karachi Whites !!

Any sports organization with a bit of commercial sense would want to market its team as a brand. If the PCB does not have that sense, it is not our problem. Having said that, I have a feeling that just like the much-maligned "huddle", Pakistan will soon follow India on this one too.

uh oh...i was taking this whole debate as fun but it seems like our neighbours have taken it too seriously...Therefore, to keep the record staright here is my response to "sane" people: The comment "ghairatmand" was made in the context of different articles published in Indian media (as well as Indian Coach's statement about Shoaib being a chucker) where attempts were made to degrade pak's performance.

Before i posted that Indian Media's thread, i had read several articles on some premier Indian Newspapers where it was said that dravid was given out wrong, bad pitch by Pak, shoaib being chucker blah blah. Of course as a passionate cricket lover, it did not feel good...therefore, the comment was made to emphasize the point that a "gharatmand" person would rather prefer dying than making excuses or blaming his opponent of foul play...now where did I try attribute India's win to foul play? That is what I meant when i said that we/our media took defeat on our chin. I hope it makes sense now...if not, what can i say...after all people do have low IQ....:)..

plus this hatemonger comment always cracks me up.......when i used to be the moderator of WA froum, i was always blamed to take too much side of Indian members or liberal members ...i guess dunyaa kssie bee haal may kush nahieen hotieee.... :) :) Ehsan bhai would already be upset for derailing this thread....so that is it from my side....

I really enjoyed the running commentaries, fans whining about “unfair” umpiring decisions, criticism of Inzamam, love for Agarkar , credit for all this goes to all the guppies who stayed here most of the nights and of course to ehsan bhai and saby for keeping the sanity around.
