Officially, Pakistan always highlights part of Kashmir it holds as 'disputed' in accordance to UN resolution; so normally it is marked with different color and border line unlike how it is done in indian maps I have seen. Nothing new.

who draws the map, does not matter. the fact is that Kashmir is being plundered unfairly by the neighboring country - India, and many Indians also recognize that.
The nation of Kashmir has almost all Muslims, and their piece of land is theirs to keep. neither Pakistan's nor India's.
