Thank you GB for being so polite and civilised. I own a Land Rover and the dealership (owned by Ford but run by brits) is excellent in providing service. They literally spoil you. Everytime I have an issue (which is rarely) they will come pick up the car or drop me to the train station and pick me up, if the truck needs to stay in shop they will bring me a loaner etc… but that was not enough.
Yesterday was my birthday and I get this beautiful birthday card from Land Rover, wishing me a Happy Birthday with no strings attached and a free oil change as a birthday gift.
Now this is what I call pampering. I am sure Volvo doesnt do that even though theyy are owned by Ford as well, so it must be the brits. UK-USA for eva.
