BUT, if you replace all the daals and bhujias with kebabs and niharis, we should be all set, no?

Unfortunately , mostly thali is served at Indian vegetarian restaurants. Kababs , nihari , paya has to be served in big utensils , those small samall thali utensils cannot do justice to them.
