I've got the recipe for the sharbat called "Thaddal" or "thadai"
1/2 cup soaked/peeled almonds 1 tsp khash khaash 1 tablespoon "saath maghaz" (optional) 6-7 cardamom pods sugar to taste
Grind everything together and add 2 cups of cold water and blend some more.. strain in a muslin cloth and squeeze well.
(Many people add 2-3 pieces of black pepper, no one at home likes it though)
