Sometimes I reject the guys, it's not always me getting rejected. But why do they reject? My blogs tell all. It just varies truthfully from case to case, but this last guy really has me miff'ed. I'm just baffled in how he acted, and ran off, all the while telling me he was interested. Makes no sense.
But overall there is a trend I see in guys where they will not respond at times, and then contact you like nothing happened. I guess some people just aren't texting people, but still, if you opened the text and read it, just reply or write that you'll call later. Just no response is RUDE.
Friend of mine told me that her friend has a bf and he delays the replies to her text even if she sexts. And I was like whaaa? who does that? She is very sad over this

Is it less creepy if you buy yourself flowers on a routine non valentine’s day to reward yourself? As important it is to appreciate others it must be important to appreciate ourselveses as well. It also depends on the flower you buy. A rose would be a creeper than a tulip or daisy.

Good grief, I never said one shouldn't pamper themselves with flora at all. I used a specific context and my opinion did not extend to scenarios outside of that context.

Your blogs are awesome. All single girls can relate in some way. I am inspired to start my own blog. I like how you express the emotional turmoil and the turbulent journey that is a rishta search. I also like the part about the dawaats. I've never been to a Pakistani dawaat but i am now interested to attend as a tourist. It could easily become a hit Pakistani movie. Or a novel at the very least.
Maybe he got cold feet or he was scared you would reject him so he did it first to lessen the long term hurt/pain. I have heard of that happening.
I've read back up to at least 2005-06. I am pacing myself so I don't read it all in one day like the harry potter series.

Ok that's good Just checking for intercultural differences. I know people do things differently in the US compared to the world so i wanted to be sure. I really hope you guys adopt the metric system one day. It really is way better

If he had responded immediately, you would have complained about how desperate he seems. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
Now, on a serious note, sometimes I read a message and even though I COULD respond, I choose not to because while I may have time to respond to one or two messages, I may not have time for a lengthy conversations so it's easier to just not even begin the conversation instead of going back and forth a few times and then appear rude by saying that I don't really have time for a chat because I'm doing something.
Also, some people (myself included) check my phone if it dings for work purposes because I have to, but I might have been in the middle of something and while work warrants me dropping what I was doing and checking my phone, a conversation with someone may not.
FInally, if I don't have time to have a proper conversation with someone important, I'd rather not have the conversation than have a half assed one that may lead to miscommunication and misunderstanding.
