txting is the only way for me....i dont have the patience to talk for hours n hours on the phone.....besides you can hardly ever get in any fights....if u know what i mean

Indian politicians are taking advantage of this service and advertising themselves and their party logo by txt!!!

oh and by the way yu can find sites on the net that let you text for free!

texting is so 2004!!!

I don't think text messaging is something from the past. At least not for us students who cannot afford the expenses of a Blackberry.

What is the difference between SMS and texting?

I don’t think I’ve ever texted, and if I did, I wasn’t aware I was doing it. :halo: So, a lot of the technical jargon you guys are using is confusing me.

My parents still won’t get me cell phone.

I always see kids in class texting from under the desks. It makes me happy to see them get in trouble, only because I don’t have one to begin with.

i got my cellphone in jr. high..when i came home and told my parents that ‘everyyyybody has one!!’ i’m one of the ‘under-the-table’ texters. phatima..trust me - its fun.

text messaging RULES because it keeps you in touch - no matter what ur doing - whereas, talking on the phone aint that conveniant all the time.

Its convenient and cheap. Apart from the stupid SMS jokes, i am quite comfortable with it.

In 2005 there was approx. 9 billion text messages sent in Denmark. Thats in a population with 5 million ppl. And its prolly only 50% of the population that uses text messaging. Now thats insane!
