After having first hour successful , all of sudden both Azhar n Shan gone. Hard work in vein

Regarding Pakistani inning, it was a great opening partnership to begin with but once again shameful collapse. Asad Shafiq was remarkable. But all fingers point to the umpires (specially 3rd umpire) who showed their blindness despite technology and gave a set batsman out on 37. So ironic. Full marks to Yasir shah as well for his contribution.
What I'm unable to understand is, whats haris sohail and Iftikhar doing in a test match that too in Australia? They are very good in limited overs but who can tell Head Coach plus Chief Selector Misbah that test is a whole different game.
And now Australians are killing our bowlers. Its 195/0 at tea. Can someone explain me why Abbas isnt in the final XI?
Btw approach of Rizwan was good. But I believe he over done it. He played shots positively but not on each n every ball. The pull shot to Cummin was good
An English umpire upholds Cummins wicket on a no ball. Have been saying this for a while now - unless there is more diversity and willingness to call out such one sided decisions, you can expect the same to continue

Shan played better mostly but few unwanted shots. Haris seems will not be called for next test though he took 2 wickets but his batting display is poor
End result is same i.e. Innings defeat though some good fight by batters. Problem ,the batters who played well in first innings , didnt repeat the same in 2nd innings.
Rizwan played brilliantly. Though the un-orthodox way he plays, is always very painful to watch.
Shan need to control himself. He is to be our future opener for test and ODI. Pl. dont try him in T20.
Iftikhar IMO not suitable for test at the moment. He need to be in ODI and T20. Maybe after playing some ODI , he get better in test.
Good to see naseem shah bowling fast and with smooth run up. Maybe he get more improved in futrue. But honestly , I dont see our bowling line up near to wasim waqar or shoaib... They are above average bowlers. they may improve wtih proper traing and fitness.
Our number one seamer in past couple of seasons was benched, and noone knows the reason. I know one man may not make much difference but why he was not selected. And we definitely need an all-rounder seeing Yasir coming to bat after six down is really painful we have been grooming Fahim Ashraf and don't know why he is not even in the team. Batting order needs some shuffling openers are okay one down should be Babar, then Haris, Iftikhar, Asad, Rizwan then rest.
So far nothing was there to discuss from Pk perspective for the 2nd test. As they are hammmerd by Warner . I beleive the pitch and ball are so easy to bat. around 600 for 3 wickets only ?? then 96/6. Thats pathetic. Some good stuff by babar ( 97 ) and first centrury by yasir. Shows batting was not difficult . They only need to apply and show temprament.
BTW most aussies are missing sarfraz as a captain. Maybe they became keranchi wala??? Ricky ponting even wrote an article....
now already 20/3 . I wonder why they didnt gave chance to Abid ali rather than Imam . Look at the first class. No comparision. If only age is not the criteria. Which Misbah should never think as he played till very late..

I’m renaming the topic to the test series so it covers all tests.
Now as for the performance so far, I just want to know what excuses our Chief selector plus Head coach is giving this time? May be he should come back from retirement and grab captaincy as well 
As I said earlier, we need batsmen who can bat through an entire session without scoring a run.
Shan masood was playing nice and all of sudden threw his wicket.He shud have scored big to close the chapter of bhteeja.. He shud be first choice left hand opener and right hander to be azhar or abid ali be given chance.
Iftikhar ahmed is in top ten for alst 3 sessions of QAT so he is deserving to be in test but he need to prove it by batting long.
So a disastrous series came to an end. With our top order failing miserably . At the same time our bowlers also failed. It is really sad to see taht complete sessions passed without a single edge or beaten ball of aussie batters.
Atleast two batsmen were very consistent.

Parchi-ul-Haq who scored 2 and 0. I wouldnt be surprised if he is made vice-captain now.
