$92,000 would give you a car that goes 0 - 60 in about 4 seconds and costs you a penny a mile. Check out the new Tesla Roadster:
Re: Tesla Roadster: All electric sports car
even if i had the money and wanted an electrical car, I would wait a few years to see how the car is and how the support and service etc is.
so there.. I am not spending my non existant $92K on this car.
Re: Tesla Roadster: All electric sports car
Well, if you were an executive at a bank you'd be able to ;)
They claim they've already sold 350 of these already.
Re: Tesla Roadster: All electric sports car
yeah I dunno if in the world of banking the title 'manager' is considered an executive ;)
and for $100K, there are plenty of other cars to buy.
Re: Tesla Roadster: All electric sports car
They have many other such cars out there who have AWESOME performance but are a little expensive.. I think right only hobbyists with enough money would buy this as a 2nd car or whatever.. but its still a good trend.. such tehnologies should be encouraged.. so that in some years these cars can be cheaper (while performing good still) and can have a significant impact on the oil prblem..
Re: Tesla Roadster: All electric sports car
200 miles to a charge is not bad, but still this car can not be taken on a long trip. Also, I am not sure I got how much it will impact the home electricity bill.
Re: Tesla Roadster: All electric sports car
Faisal it can be a hit in Pakistan where ppl just put those kundas on power lines to steal electricity :D
