Terrorists attacked NGO office in Karachi, 6 killed!!

I see that JUI has condemned the attack. What about others, who is under suspicion? I never see Al Qaeda shy to pronounce their approval of attacks like the twin towers and USS Cole. How come they don't have any public justification for this, assuming they did it?

Finally agencies have found leads to foreign hand, e.g. RAW of course who else.

Pakistan police sees India hand in charity killings

Pakistani police said on Thursday that India’s intelligence agency could have been behind the killings of seven Christian charity workers in Karachi.

Sindh police chief Syed Kamal Shah told reporters that the police had not yet found any evidence to suggest Islamic militants were responsible for the killings.

“There are a few indications that a foreign hand was involved in yesterday’s incident and when I say foreign hand, I mean RAW (Indian intelligence),” Shah said.

Do not worry, since this government has carried out stern steps to root out terrorism, such attacks, that are acts of sheer desperation would be carried out until extremism is wiped out completely. A good move would be to ban all the religious parties, before this gets out of hand.

It is still a shame...shameful..and embarassing for the Govt which is trying its hardest in these time...

Small Blast Near Church in Pakistan

QUETTA, Pakistan- A small explosion outside a Christian church in southwestern Pakistan on Sunday damaged a wall, but there were no casualties, local police said.

The small device was planted outside a wall that surrounded the non-denominational church in Sibi district of Baluchistan province, police officer Bashir Kohlo said.

The explosion occurred about 100 miles east of Quetta, the Baluchistan provincial capital. Only 10 families live in the area and most of them are Christians, Kohlo said.

“People were panicked but fortunately no one was near the wall and no one was hurt,” said Bashir Ahmad, another police officer.

Pakistan’s Christians have been demonstrating in the southern port city of Karachi, accusing the government of failing to protect them after Wednesday’s execution-style killing of seven Christians.

The seven were killed when gunmen stormed the office of the Karachi charity, the Institute for Peace and Justice. No arrests have been made.

Police in Sibi district could not say who was behind Sunday’s explosion.

Interior ministry officials said the device was a small, crude one.

Pakistan’s Christians have come under attack in recent months and while few of the crimes have been solved, most people blame extremist Muslim groups who oppose President Gen. Pervez Musharraf’s support for the U.S.-led war on terror in Afghanistan

Musharraf and other police officials say they suspect hostile neighbor India was behind the massacre of the seven Christians in Karachi, Pakistan’s commercial hub of 14 million people. The two countries routinely trade accusations after violent attacks without providing substantive proof of their charges
