Smuggling ,kidnapping , Narcotics , Arms and emanation and many other criminal acts .
This is why this all happened.
Solution is very easy.
They are not ready to leave their freedom.
Give them their own governments like GB
Ask them to make law for their own.
So that would be not a lawless area.
