The policemen do have a job to do and they join because of that but then again they are so badly underpaid that why whould they give up their lives? They have families, children, loved ones to attend to just like us.
I dont at all approve of the Pakistani police and their methods but then again i dont have family to feed with just 5000 RS.
These incidents happen and have happened in Israel, India, Northern Ireland. Security can never be 100% but lets face it the Pakistan bureaucracy has never had to do a job properly now faced with this menace it feels a bit stuck.
Now is the time people stop taking short cuts and do what they are supposeed to be doing.
I doubt Laskhkar is involved. Im not an expert on them but they have not been involved in any attakc on the state, bomb attacks?
They are not angels but what is their connection to the "new" Pakistani Taliban in the north-west?

ISI created-Taliban have engaged big number of troops of India in Kashmir..
these Taliban having no moral value or other thing have nothing to do with ISI, it is creation of RAW and no body have doubt about it.. can you give me why your country need 14 or 12 consulates on Pak-Afghan Border...
Thing in Pakistan will go smooth in coming time, as we as a nation have never failed ourselves.. you indians can buy few here and there but the whole nation stand united against its common enemy...

i disagree with hanibal here that taliban are doing same thing as BLA and RAW and have contacts with them.
For your kind information they are themselves against RAW and others. yes they are extremists and they also have had a hand in terrorism in Pakistan but today most of these suicide attacks are from foreign intelligence and a short amount is headed by talibans.
All this happening is strongly condemnable either from taliban side or from foreign agenciz.
and the solution to this problem is to crush with force both taliban and foreign hands and intelligence personnels.

I can understand if u meanthe Punjab province as the whole of pak..Well as far as religious teaching is concerned , that goes far back to be concerned with a 60 year old nation..

U have all the rights to dis-agree, because i didn't cleared myself on that issue.. as per me, their are two kinds of Taliban, one is who are fighting against the foriegn occupation of their homeland i.e. Afghanistan.
Others are impostors and have adopted the same name, but doing and obeying all forces which are enemies of Paksitan. These forces, provide these so called extremists ( to me they are bunch of traitors) with all the resources they need to de-stabilize Pakistan. The discussion can be long and boring...
Cutting the long story short... Untill and unless Pakistan take some solid measures to fight its war on Afghan front, these RAW-Funded taliban will create Manawaan Kind of situations every now and then.
If Pakistan, cuts the root, these traitors will soon be left alone and die.. and for cutting the roots of this problem, the first thing to do is SACK Rehman Malik... and get some compatible person... as this is delicate situation which demands extreme professionalism and dedication...

This is excellent news that some of them have been caught alive. News channels are reporting that at least one of the terrorist was captured by the villagers when he was going towards one of the army/police helicopters. 3 grenades have been recovered from him.
News media should urge the local villagers to be vigilant and help identify any of the suspects roaming in that area, as there must be some outside to prevent their fellow criminals from getting captured alive.

Even if they are captured with a written instructions signed and sealed by the American president the baffoons sitting in the corridors of power neither have the courage nor the will to do anything about it.

With live terrorists arrested, the truth should emerge about just who exactly is behind such attacks.
what is positive of this situation is role of police elite force they showed they are capable of conducting such operations and we dont need armys elite troops always.
