So you admit you were wrong? In bajaur alone, dozens of talibs, uzbeks and locals were captured fighting the army. What is so unbelievable in this? They are thankfully still in jails, unlike the other talibs from other agencies who get released when talibs kidnap some police or FC.
And yes, poorly trained and badly equipped soldiers and police have surrendered to talibs - many were beheaded by talibs, some released in exchange for talib prisoners.

there were so many MQM guys who were accused and were released without due legal process and governor is one of them..
