Well if you like to believe in constipated conspiracy theories, then the same can be said about “elements” ( and i stress on elements here) within Indian establishment who own their survival to animosity with Pakistan.
I mean how else it is possible that Pak government begs for meetings with India for 6 months.
Indian establishment drags its feet for 6 months
Then under pressure from Americans, the Indian establishment capitulates and agrees on the meetings.
And the very 2nd day, pune blast happens.
Remember the blast happened in a far off place in India where Indians security establishment is in full swing and not Pakistanis. We are not talking about some hill country of India, but a major city.
So you can continue believing in conspiracy theories against Pak
or see that the
---- Paks and Indians want peace,
---- While some anti-West factors “external” to the “establishments” in Pak and India want to start a war. Why it is so hard to believe?
