Big B you perhaps can fool yourself into believing that all bad is Afghan and poor Pakistani establishment has no role to play, well be my guest. But it is clear as day to Indians that there are “elements” ( and i stress on elements here) within Pakistani establishment who own their survival to animosity with India. Till such time this group is not margalanised, we all can blame whosoever we like … i would vote for the Martinas
