Ya this might be a fact, but as mentioned ordinary Pakistanis ( may be vice versa for ordinary Indians) have no intentions to hit or hurt ordinary Indians.
That doesn't exclude the idea that they are home-grown. The official investigation into the London bombings of 2005 concluded that the attackers were home-grown who simply followed Al-Qaeda'a ideology, rather than part of any international terrorist group.

How easily you forget that India has its own splinter groups that cause havoc every now and then. So instead of throwing stones at others from your glasshouse, it's best to clean up your own house first and then dictate to others what they should/shouldn't do. India harbors terrorists, makes them and their ideology a part of the Govt. (BJP/RSS affiliates). Capabilities are a far-fetch. But i still have hope that "Mother India" will start to be realistic to internal problems and not curse others.

At least we muslims should set aside our grudges and leave the justice to Allah SWT. Let us feel for those who died in these kinds of incidents, those who are injured and the families of these people. May Allah keep us in his protection.
