They had public standing all around Taj, some even close to the entrance of it, while the shooting and blasts were happening! On CNN, the reporter said she was SHOCKED at how close everyone could get with all this going on inside Taj and none of the officials were there to stop them. She said she could even walk inside if she wanted to.
