I think it should start with writing a google review.
Also should be escalated to the higher management. Very often we stay quite and thats not the right thing to do.
In case of some communities, it is the customer who is often wrong and are being rude, abusive and demanding things that were not a part of the service agreement. Many corporations are trying to get rid of the abusive clients. We see most hospitals and doctors offices put notices up that abuse won't be tolerated. You really need to know what transpired before assuming that the business is wrong.
