teriyaki sauce has alcohol in it?

i wanted to make my own sauce just to make sure there isn’t any oil or fattening ingredients in it and i saw that teriyaki sauce has saki which is a type of japanese alcoholic drink and japanese sweet wine in it see:

There is always some amount of alcohol in the air we all breath...now beat that... :D

PS: Extremely purified air will end the life faster... :)

PS: Yes its haraam...and one should not use in any form or composite...Period!

wine is healthy for us so i do indulge in a glass when with friends :D, and nobody can be drunk 24/7 stop exaggerating :p. everything in moderation is what i personally believe.
