*Dil per aise bhi azaaboon ko utartay dekha
Hum ne chup chaap ussay khud se bichartay dekha

Tujh ko socha tau har soch mein khushboo uttri
Tujh ko likha tau har lafz mehaktay dekha

Yaad aa jaye tau qaabu nahe rehta dil per
Warna duniya ne bhi hum ko taraptay dekha

Teri surat ko faqat aankh nahe tarsi hai
Raastoon ko bhi teri yaad mein rotay dekha

Hum muhabbat ke leye aaj bhi deewanay hain
Yeh alag baat hai ke tu ne nahe murr ke dekha …
