if a baby born in july then what should be the temperature of room or what kind of clothes shud be used for him?

cotton sheet and cotton clothing.. my son would wear just a one pce half sleeved and sleep with nothing on.. but he is very warm blooded.. feels hot really fast. whilst my friend's 1 month old sleeps with a blanky and a full suit!
rule of thumb is... anywhere between 16 to 20 deg is a good room temp for a baby... u go from there depending on how cool or hot ure baby feels.
