Temperamental

I am way too temperamental these days. Mood fluctuates like electricity in Pakistan. I mean I never haev been one to lose my temperament on silly stuff and most have been a level-headed person. But since a while, I am losing it. Like for example, I was pissed when someone turned my home pc off and came hard on the maasi. Another time I was so mad when my younger brother couldnt sleep and I scolded him hard.

Do you people use any tips or tricks to calm your temperament? (Only PG 13 ones)

ahh dont worry saby ...it happens...life is not all ha ha hee hee. I am facing similar situation these days (i do have a reason though ;) )and all i do is just sit back and try to calm myself...bus try to avoid interacting with people when you are in such a state as you will make others pissed off due to your behaviour. Main aisa bahot dafa ker chuki hon aur sarey gher walon ko warn ker deti hon k abhi mujh se baat na ki jaye tu behter hai...wiasey bhi you are quite fond of long drives...tu nikal jaya karo ...kisi sakoon wali jaga per chaley jaya karo aur relax karo...it will work...All the best...

if you are not premenstrual ...

you must be suffering from Post menstrual stress

is you are not either of those

it must be menstrual stress and tension

hmm mood fluctuates huh?
If it in the negative sense then def. i think u have some kind a stress in ur unconcious part of ur mind that u might not know exist as of this moment. We as a human tends to SUBSITTUTE our emotions and feeling (e.g. anger ) onto someone when we know we can’t take it out.

The only think u can do that works for me is, once u realize that u r acting weird again, try to read 4 Quls or any drood shareef, it helps a lot :slight_smile:

I once went to the junkyard with a big sledgehammer and went berserk. Guaranteed results. Just pay a local junkyard guy some cash, get a monkey wrench and start smashing windows.

andekhi-- yeah long drives are one thing I crave for and they give me peace. But temperament is still an issue I need to resolve and no abondoning others is not the solution I think but for the time being its valid.

I think it's the weather, everybody seems to be having the same problem. Just make sure when you're getting anugry to take a deep breath and count to ten.

I dont know if it works, I've never actually done that. :p

relax

think about how beautiful life is
count your blessings
keep smiling
why waste beautiful life by hating and complaining
thank God
look out your window
see how peaceful sky and moon look
smile and you're all fine.

^ Good advice...

When i feel i'm getting angry, to the point where i'll explode, i try to take a walk to get away from the situation...and if i can go for a drive with the music blasting! If i'm stuck somewhere, then i take deep breaths, tell myself i won't get worked up about this and think/talk about something else.

Oh and anger management classes don't work for everyone, but if ur a violent person it may be a good idea to try them :)

you need to work out what has stressed you out
work, study, family or friends or just ordinary old life getting too much

deal with tha problem and the stress should go away
