I could you not know that the person is sincere with you or just dying to time pass with you and move on? You get a hang of knowing people truely after few hits.

I usually see their body language to see if they are telling the truth. The person who is not sincere with you will definately give you a long sheetful of lame excuse before leaving when he is done with you when she or he is giving you that excuse you get curious about what happened or if you did something wrong, but if you look at their body? You'll see their eyes are rolling arround and the sight is not connected to your site while talking, they usually play with hands or shivering. Other then that if they give you least least attention? It means they are busy some where else. That how you'll know that the person is not true or sincere with you.
