telling them ur weak points in interviews

normally during the interview the interviewing person ask the candidate that what are your weak points? or ur strong points.

what is the technically correct answer of such questions?.

straigth away tell him/her ur weak points or diplomatic answers are better ?

elaborated answers are much appreciated from guppies

Prepare for this question in advance.

Don't tell the truth. Similarly, don't say you have no weak points, they'll no that you are bs-ing.

Instead, look like you are thinking very carefully, and then come up with a carefully pre-thought idea, like "I can at times be too confident in my own abilities" or something like that.

Invent examples, maybe even prepare a few extra points.

Basically, you want to come out with something that sounds like you view it as a weakness, but which may be viewed as a potential strength, or something that can very easily be rectified.

If you say something truthful like "I sometimes find it hard to work with others", they'll mentally scream NOT A TEAM PLAYER, DON'T HIRE HIM!!!!
