Dushwari God has given u real wise sense.I really appreciate the way u com up with new ideas and open new threads.These type of discussing are far more better than Flooding that other gupies used to do.I dont know why ppl avoid to participate in a healthy discussing,that may help other.
This is really an interesting topic and there are alot of things that will com up if gapies seriously participate.No 1 hav the right to Ban you at all orp this is not at all a garbage stuff ,u better think this in a positive manner.i hop u dont mind.

but then who knows what normal is..
i believe that what u feel like doing u should do.. but, if ur heart warns u that something u are doing is less than ur true inclination and merit.
then u should not do it.
i am sorry i cant quote the ayat at this moment, as i do not accurately recall it, but in Quran it is expressed clearly that “poshak” or clothing covers and beautifies the body , is body’s “zeenat”- to make something that is obviously not to be naked all the time, be dressed and thus it ought to be treated as such.

In any case, I can argue this point from both sides, as I am sure many of you can too. I just wanted to see how you present your argument, while keeping religious injunctions out. You keep mentioning the concept of "shame". May be because your post is not readable, it is not clear what your argument is. You mention "rules of conduct" and "legality of these rules". On the most basic level, what kind of rules are these?
If you look at some societies that are not exposed to religion and have most elementary of rules (like sub-Saharan African tribes or natives of Amazonian jungles), these people, men and women, go around practically naked. Not because they feel a perverse sense of joy showing off their genitals, but because for them showing their breasts is as normal as for you to show your wrists and hands. Everyone has it, so why bother hiding it. Are you saying these people have no character? Tell us, what concept of "shame" and "rules" are you talking about when you think of mankind at the most basic level?

every human being – male and female, has the same body parts, with the distinction of reproductive anatomy. even if they did not, why do some people feel the urge to be immoral?
Just a side question. Do all human being not have same facial features i.e. nose, eyes, ears, hair (head) then why is that some people go for "poondi"? Just like almost everyone likes to see beautiful faces, similarly the porn lovers love to watch different "actors". Just like a "sleep-around" type of person is sorta-addicted to sleeping around with different people even though "body parts" are still same, no? Every such act has its own addictions.

Dushwari, you say shame is a natural instinct, well, so is attraction to the naked form, that's how God made us. We are physically attracted to the opposite sex's naked form. So if your question is why God made us that way, ask God, otherwise you need to stop your judgement. You go around judging EVERYONE. Are you a perfect human being? Chances are you're not, and as such you should perfect yourself before going out and declaring eveyrone a bad person.
Finally, you sound like you're very immature and as such I would suggest that you learn from others before you go about telling everyone how it is.

no dress code can prevent perversion, and only strict social and education policies can erase perversion from society
