Re: Tell us about your miracle

my LIFE.

been shot at with a sub machine gun, first crash i rear-ended in a truck and car got crushed, engine came in the body, couldnt get out, frame destroyed.

second crash, driver hit me on bridge and i went over snow and car was running on its side-two wheels, third crash i was going straight and from opposite lane, drive made a left without seeing me, head-on collision, 4th, drunk driver hit me IN MY lane from opposite direction

things like these, specially the first crash, i realize that there is someone out there, praying for my wellbeing..

Re: Tell us about your miracle

Re: Tell us about your miracle

Once sm1 very dear, very close to me got really really sick, to the point of getting in ICU. 2 days, the condition could not get stable, vital sings fading and doctors almost gave up. It was weekend+public holiday so X-rays and other crucial facilities were almost unavailable. Finally doctors said, they don't think they can revive the situation since they can't even figure out why and what is going on with the patient, and they left (they were oncall on public holiday).

At that point, really heart broken, I went down to ICU waiting room, grabbed a pillow-case to use as head-scarf, performed ablution and went outside the ICU building. The ICU room was filled with all gora crowd and I needed some quiet, secluded place. I found a little bench to sit outside and started praying to God. I can't recall if I prayed to Him with that sincerity ever before. I kept sitting there probably more than 1 hour, crying and praying to my Lord, the One and Only, Allah. They say if you call upon God with all sincereity He listens. I went home, came back after about 2 hours and doctors said, the patient is awake, condition stable (automatically) no X-rays, no medication, just the usual treatment they had been giving for the past 2 days. Afterwards they found out, with all the x-rays and stuff later on how critical the condition was and they could not figure out how it all healed up automatically without any intervention. They called it a miracle. I truly felt that God listened to my sincere plea.

Re: Tell us about your miracle

i know of a miracle,
my closest friend was diagnosed with cancer, stomach cancer, he was only 19-20 at the time and it had got to the stage where nothing could be done,
it was too large. he went for his check up and they results showed the tumour was getting smaller, he had thought he would die, but no, he didnt, it went into remission all by itself.
alhamdulillah.

Re: Tell us about your miracle

during the past 7-8 years of my life, i've just lived my life as if there is no tomorrow, lived as if im going to live forever, as if there is always goin to be someone who will take care of all my needs. If u looked at me u'd probably assume i lived a perfect life: good grades/looks/social friends/ guys...etc i had everything going for me but inside, beneath it all i knew there was something seriously wrong with me, but i didnt know what was missing, why i felt so depress and hollow even after having a 'perfect' life.

I didn't want all the goods things to snatch away from me, only then to realize thier importance, or to live a life in luxary in this world and then ...i didnt even belive in hereafter...

i went alot of sleepless nights; couple of times, i've woken up from sleep crying and in sweats, i told my khala about one of my dream(dunno if i can call it a nightmare) and she interupted as the judgement day, but ofcourse i dint even belive in the judgement day so all that didnt seemed anything to me.

then couple months later i agian found myself in the similar situation, i woke up sweating and i prayed to God : if u are there, if there is such thing as God get me out of this situation, prove me there is someone up there who can make impossible possible, if someone is listening to me get me out of this situation and if u can't give me death b/c i dont want to live like this' and my life has changed so much after that dua.. God has opened my mind and has helped me come back to the right path, like i dont even need an alarm clock to wake me up for fajr, i just wake up at that time, not only for fajr but for every prayer, and its like i've started making right decisions/choices in every aspect of life.

I think its truly a miricle to get back from the other end to this end. but, i've seen other examples u know how the saying goes: Allah jisko chaheh sahi rasta deekha tha hai.

Re: Tell us about your miracle

Last week my sister lost control over her minivan with three kids under 7, my mum, my brother and ofcourse herself in the car. She ended up crossing 3 lanes to the left of the highway, took a 180 turn and ended up back on the right shoulder facing oncoming traffic as her minivan stopped in front of an 18 wheeler, the back of her minivan about a foot away from the boulders. Not a single scratch to the car, no one inside injured. Luckily she made her way through gaps between traffic - how, only God knows! The truck guy moved his truck diagonally over 2-3 lanes so she could turn around and get going again. A miracle indeed.
