My immediate boss (sits 4 chairs to my left) is a female less than 30 or maybe just above 30, and an MBA from a local college

She’s also a part time DJ on a local FM channel.

She’s a great boss. Efficient. Cooperative. Professional. And the best thing: Just. Gives credit when its due and provides critcism when necessary and has a practical approach towards things. Doesn’t pick on her subordinates unneccessarily as many people do.

I think her only shortcoming is she can get moody sometimes but that doesn’t happen regularly.

In the beginning it took me some time to get used to her temperament but we now have quite a good relationship.

I thought your boss was a memon guy. hmmm
