I dont think Kasuri or anyone in the government other than Musharraf knew what was settled in the aftermath of 911. The Americans were furious, Musharraf decided on his own *maybe after consulting with the corp commanders). Kasuri might know a few things(being foreign minister) but I dont think any one would want to make that public (as that starts coming into sensitive information being disclosed and harming the national interest). Its similar to how some on this forum were propagating that SMQ had negotiated the security of the country when he said that the nukes are unsafe in the hands of the present regime.
At the moment there is a so called democratic government which says that the army is not in their control, on the other hand you are talking about a dictatorship which had created a false democratic setup to quiten the outside world. Do you think anyone in that government had power for anything?
Pakistan's democracy is a musical chair, enjoy it! Hopefully after a few more repeated elections (without any future coups) the situation will eventually start improving.
That is true when the terms where negotiated/dictated no one knew and as many may say even commanders of army didn't knew about it, but with the passage of the time every thing came clear, now one man who was FM for 5 years ( if i am not wrong) he should know what was going on, what are the terms? or he was blindly following Mushy?
i dont think even the present military will want some one to spill the beans, as the policies have been furthered more vigorously during the past 4 years. Anything like this will be percived as harming the national interest (whether we like it or not).

not talking about the present military, it took present military regime 5 operations and 4 years to get US back on table to renegotiate those terms, the terms cost us 40,000 lives, anyone likes it or not, the credit goes to both military and civil leadership for that, but why Kasoori not telling us??? what is stopping him???

The answer to this is simple, Kasoori was Foreign Minister back then and was instrumental in implementing them??? the Interior MInister and Foreign MInister are most important ministries or any country including Pakistan...
I am not asking this from Ghulam Ishaq Khakwani, who was also in the cabinet, not from Owais Laghari who was also part of Cabinet, not from Jahangir Tareen, who was also in the cabinet, (there you go, already have 4/5 ministers from Mushy's cabinet in PTI and more will join soon) i am asking this from the right person, the Foreign MInister, Who along with many others have joined a revolutionary party... is that so wrong???

The ministers of the previous and the present government are more interested in their 'status', and looting the country. Defence for the past 10 years is virtually with the military, and they should be asked now to answer the nation as to what are their achievements (since they use most of our budget)?

No. But PMLN can file a case asking Govt to do that. Perfectly legal and do able :) but they will NOT do it.
