I am quality conscious, from my company 4 months back I recieved a quality championship award for the whole middle east. Ceremony was in Singapore and as a gift company paid for a trip to palau obin island in Singapore for a week.

great but expensive. Obsessively clean. It's called a fine city because you can get fined for anything and everything. eg chewing gum is not allowed to sell or buy. if caught fine is around US$ 50 if I recall correct.
