Hmm, if u have mould growth, use a stong bleach, washing up liquid and water solution, spray on, leave for 5 mins, spray again and scrub with a brush. Then rinse.
Also, anthea turner recommends mixing toothpaste and baking soda and apply to the grout, this should remove the black stuff.

I don't know about zubaida tariq's tips.. but if your regular cleaners don't work then use baking soda and scrub with sponge or brush...

grout cleaner and grout cleanng brush for grout and errr tile cleaner for tiles..
use grout sealer to avoid having to scrub grout all the time.

clorox or tilex for mold and mildew work great...

Always use a disinfectant cleaner when cleaning Bathroom Tile. Any surface within close proximity to even the cleanest of toilets requires a disinfectant. Just try to apply a mixture of water and bleach on the stain. Leave it alone for a couple of hours or more. Mix water with washing soda (sodium carbonate) or 10% soda ash to remove grease. There is also the possibility of rust staining your bathroom tiles because of the rusting of a few or more bathroom fixtures. In order to remove these rust stains use 5% hydrochloric acid with water and the slightly scrub the area.
