Telenor and Alwarid are the raesons telecom industry in pakistan's pay scale raised dramatically. They hired people working in Mobilink and if the rumor has it, some employs were asked to bring their pay slip from Mobilink, multiply it by 3 and work in telenor. Now telecom industry is on an all time high in Pakistan.
