I am in Telecom(Sales and br.).I am earnestly looking for a change over.Either to US or Europe.How can I do it? Pls suggest.Pls do not talk about Global financial crisis etc etc…

I can tell you just a little about the telecom market here in the UK ... Most jobs are based in the London area , but its an extremely competitive region. I have a few friends who tried their luck recently, coming from Dubai and Saudi ... one of them got offered a role but it was on contracting terms ... he found out later that many people being hired these days are being hired as contractors for 6 months and then they get extended for another six months and so on , until they are required ...
Most of these people struggled for at least more then 8 months and just one of them got a job the others failed and returned. I guess its due to the economy factor ... but if you feel you have the right experience in the larger organizations why dont you register yourself with the top 5 telecom staff providers and that should give you a hint of the type of jobs that are coming up.
One of the biggest things that will help you is having a valid work visa .. its being made increasingly difficult for individuals from outside the EU to get permits before a job ... but i you have already got a work permit ( HSMP ) then you might find that employers response will be alot more inviting.

In US they do not hire people from abroad for local sales job even in good economy . US immigration laws will not allow that. They do have telemarketing jobs which they outsource
