Interesting! God knows why but I always thought if there would be any sex change capital, it would be either Amsterdam or in THAILAND! Never thought it would be some Islamic country! and IRAN!

Some people talk of unity but are we Sunnis ready for things like legalised short-term dating/prostitution (Zawaaj ul-Mut’ah), deception/lying (Taqiyyah), sado-masochism (Zanjeer Maatam), ‘polytheism’ (completely wrong idea of "Waseelah" which has more in common with the concept of Christian intermediatary than Islamic Waseelah) ...and now this???
People like this can never be complete females anyway, at most it will only be cosmetic because every nucleus in their body is saying that they are male, and they can never have children like true females, so what’s the point? If God had intended them to be women he wouldn’t have given them a penis.
They have a psychological disorder but instead of altering their body to be inline with their mental disorder they need psychotherapy from a good psychiatrist to sort their mental disorder out.
I would say the psychological disorder of homosexuality (genuine homosexuality as opposed to Pakistani or ancient Greek ‘londay baazi’ or ‘khota baazi' just for the heck of it) and transsexuality/transvestitetity are somewhat related that’s why most gay people are really effeminate. If a Muslim suffers from either of these or both like it usually is the case, they should take it as a test and have patience and struggle against their nafs (inner self/ego).
Hermaphrodites (most Pakistani Hijra’s) are different, theirs is a genuine case because they’re born with a bit of both, corrective surgery should be used to make them what they are nearest to.
