Has anyone had theirs done? Did you see a difference immediately?

depends what kind you get. If you use the home kit like i did it takes a couple of weeks and you have to avoid coloured foods.

I found those only worked on the lower half if my teeth tho. Like the crest white strips.

Hubby and I used the Crest White Strips before the wedding and they worked great. But they did made my teeth super sensitive.
I brush my teeth with baking soda 1-2x/week. After brushing it with the baking soda, I brush it with normal toothpaste to get rid of the taste. Also, when I'm drinking any dark colored drinks (Coke, chai etc.), I immediately drink water afterwards. I've never actually had major issues with the coloring on my teeth but my dad's teeth used to be pretty bad. He started used baking soda every other day and the difference in his teeth were amazing.
