Anyone tried a teeth whitening take home kit? If so, did anyone experience much sensitivity? How white did your teeth go? Pls share some pics of your ‘white’ smiles if possible… thanks.

Ive been told by a dentist to use 'Crest Premium Strips' in the platinum box!! its about 50 bucks but it really really works!! Im thinking about grabbing a box 2morrow!!

umm planning to use White & Brite. Got it from a dentist in Pak. It's a US made brand... and cost me AU$100.

not so mild side-effects they dont mention in those "holly-wood grin" commercials - ultra sensitive teeth and the enamel will erode off your teeth so they will be less glossy and stuff will get stuck to them more.
O! and your teeth will not be as white as the commercials!
but you will find out soon enough....u need to do it as many times as the box says! also use whitening toothpaste..and now there are whitening strips as well!!!
let me know when u have dentures instead of teeth!

no, generally if you have to come to me.... you are wishing you were going to dentist instead!! I am being fecitious thats not actually true..or well atleast thats the bad rap people in my proffession have...though i am not a professional quite yet!
but to answer your Q - no i a not!! i just like to whiten my teeth - even though it hurts...and doesnt really work - when i do it!!!
