any side effects (like sensitive teeths,enamel hurt etc…or it is safe..
and how much these products are effective in whitening the teeths

I've used the Crest White Strips (the stronger version) and they're brilliant.. My teeth were a bit more sensitive afterwards but the results were amazing..

its got h2so4 in in will make your teeth sensitive for a while and then enamel layer mineralizes from the florides in tooth pastes n saliva. however repeated use will cause permanent sensitivity.. try not to take tea coffie in 24 u hav had your treatment done may cause staining.. ps i m a dentist :)

SO is currently using Crest strips. They're amazing. We see a significant change in the color just after 3 days!
Yes the strips does make your teeth sensitive. But got some toothpaste specifically made for sensitive teeth and got SO to start using that toothpast about 1 week BEFORE he started using the strips. He's still using the same toothpaste while using the strips. He says sensitivity is not a problem.
