I agree with Reha.....I honestly wouldn't feel ok with my kids having phones, I didn't get my first phone until I entered college and I never felt like I needed one before that...and as much as people would disagree with me (I admit there are always exceptions), but in high school all of the people who did have phones and whose parents didn't care what they did on the internet were always the ones who messed around the most
I think parents should be more involved in their kids lives, I'm not advocating breathing down on their neck 24/7, there just needs to be a good balance

Ok get this, fiance is a non mehram, you are not supposed to share such pictures or have any such talk as long as you are not married. There shudnt be any doubt in that.
As to the topic, i too agree that kids in their early teens shouldnt be provided with mobiles (same goes for internet). But we cant help it, the kids have to have cell phones and that too the latest ones. If they dont have it they feel left out and are bullied by their class mates.
