Thats so sad. I don’t remember being taught not to stand under tree’s at school except when it was pouring down and thundering and we were running towards the school past a massive oak tree, the head master was YELLING at us “DON’T GO NEAR THE TREE!!! DON’T GO NEAR THE TREE!” as he held the door open for us. When we got inside he was REALLY angry for not knowing about trees and lightning.

It was really sad CCB, I did write a blog entry on this the day it happened.. the park wasn’t too far from my home. The boy who died, was an old school friend of one of my friend’s. By the way, from what I heard, the boys were sheltering under a tree from really heavy rain.. the thunder was quite unexpected for a lot of us here & I guess they were just really unlucky.
ohh i seee, lol yhyh the parkz not far from my house either :(, Alot of people in Bham sai theyve seen him bt dnt knw him, what ever happend was so sad :(, N yup it was Unexpected, i was out in the car at the sme time, stuck in the traffic and i actually felt the care shake :l
