wat are the techniques or procedures that are needed/need to b followed in the rules of flirting?

basically im asking how do u/can u flirt?

let me rephrase that…guys how do u flirt and respond with beautiful young women (or older women…watever suits u…sme of u cant be picky i guess…lol)

and girls how do u flirt and respond to acts of flirting?

also who shud start off by flirting with u guys or gals?

That’s my point. Instead of wondering if you should flirt with someone who’s ugly/pretty, just get to know the other person. Maybe the other one IS ugly, but so what?? He/she can have a beautiful heart.
