I've a better advise. Whoever gives technical word also gives its definition in their own words. How about that? Any additional info is appreciated

Web Hooks : This is a callback mechanism i.e. An API that would receive Facebook messages for you . You can pass in a URL to that API that would be called each time you'll receive a message with a payload . This solution is very useful when there is a long processing required or a generator / consumer scenario .
