If someone become member of some yahoo group and post any new message,its written at above that first this new post would go to group-owner then by his/her approval,it will be posted on the group.
Question is that if someone reply to already posted new message means someone started a new post about poltical siuation of Pakistan and if I reply to this post, would this post also go first to group-owner for approval or it would deliver to all those who have subscribed this group who have allowed individual emails receiving option of this group.Will my message deliver to all members of the group or group-owner will decide to post it or not ?

It depends upon Group Owner if he had set his group settings allowing your Reply or New Post go directly to the web or after his approval. Most the group owners do not allow Reply/New Post on their groups without their prior approval.
It is better you create your own group but at groups.google.com.
May I suggest you create your own web Forum at voy.com or network54.com. Then you would not need to get approvals of others. The site will be your’s. Since you are discomfort, as I see, your Reply/New posts not going directly displayed, you would do better if on your Forum you also keeps this option open. Sitegadgets.com is another very good site where you can create your own Forum.

thanks for nice information.I am not interested in making just asked sometimes i have to post some upcoming event of science society in different forums .Since they have a large no. of group members so message is delievered to max. members.If i will start, there will be no large no. of memebers.usually they dont hesitate in displaying messages ,its only happens seldom they are reluctatnt

I understand you wish to convey your professional knowledge to others for their benefit through the technical Groups. But you can not take it as guaranteed that each message posted on these Groups automatically gets delivered to every member. No, it is not. Every group owner has sets his own settings. The majority do not want that information being "posted" on their web/post gets directly "pasted or delivered" to each member. Most of them have blocked. For example the media Groups like Justice Press, Adeeb Press which are two very popular Groups maintained in US have arranged that what they post their own articles get delivered to thosuands and thousands of members but none of the members ideas get posted on their groups directly.
You can create your own technical Forum, list it free of cost on some 20-30 search engines, put a counter on it and you can see how many hundreds once your Forum gets introduce reach or read your views.
Secondly keep in mind it is my personal view Yahoo Groups might in not so long distance are closed as MSN and AOL have last month done. The google groups are at present safe and there is no fear of its going off at least next one or two years.

Actually its not my knowledge. I have to post upcoming events,achievements,activities,seminars,symposiums details of KSS(Khwarizmi Science Society) to Pakistani students inside Pakistan or outside Pakistan.Its upon personal choice of every member of yahoo groups to choose option of individual emails or not.I recently switched off this otherwise everyday inbox is bombarded with hundreds of emails most of them are useless.98% of my messages are posted and displayed on Group main page by the owner so in chance if any member dont receive individual email, he gets this info. from the group main page.These groups are mostly of Pakistani professionals here and outside like PAKSEF ,Research-Network etc ,HEC scholars in Europe/Korea etc and few PSA of US.Since they have about 8K or 9K members in total , so by posting message gives an opportunity of delivering this KSS information to such large no. professionals/students etc.By Networking these people come to know whats happening inside Pakistan in technology field and also produce further ways out for such things. A week ago , Video Conferencing Co-ordinator of HEC in Islamabad who is a member of PAKSEF somehow read about LUMS Lectures Series which i have posted on PAKSEF group.She sent me email that HEC wants these lectures to be delivered to various universities of Pakistan via video link and ready to give any technical assistance. I made forward her email to SSE LUMS organizers and hope they are preparing for it.
