Technical Difference between flashing/mooning

I was reading somewhere on these very forums about flashing and mooning. I have a fair idea of what they would approximately mean, but i was just wondering if someone can explain to me the technical difference between the two.

okay i have never been flashed or mooned at.. but i think flashing wud be like for couple of seconds n mooning wud be for more than a minute or so?
make sense?

mooning is just the bum..flashing is usually referred to as frontal..but could be the behind as well..prolly a bit more detailed.

Yeah I agree...mooning is just the uncovering of the rear..whereas flashing can be anything...anything scandalous that is..

hmmm...Khanzada saab why u come to need of all this info .....BTW i dont see much of a MOON in mooning .... was back in States for a few years when i was a kid... i saw some displays of human Rear Endz by some fellow schoolkidz but well...Khanzada sab lets just say a gentleman like urself will never have such experiance .....

mooning is just the rear, flashing is usual the frontal view like mr frauds said.

Yup. Thought the difference when a woman flashes it is usually her upper torso. While for men it constitutes a complete flash.
