Its kinda hard when I’m the one with NO degree…telling other people WITH hotshot degrees that they should coordinate with each other.

Have many times felt the concept of "Team" in the workplace....
Is used to:
Create an atmosphere of equality between "gophers*" (workers) and management ...
And promoting the sense of elevated status in "gophers" without having to dig into the pocket-book....
Yes...I suppose I am more than a bit cynical....but "Team" leaders are usually ones superiors and usually credited for the sucessful "team."
