Most companies around the world conduct some activity and team bonding days for their employees .. some of us get to experience real good stuff that we wouldnt experience in our day to day lives ..

Are these team building dayouts paid for by the company? If yes, I would stay away from its stock.
And if dayout comes from your vacation, then no thank you. And I will stay away from its stock.
Too artificial. May work in the business and finance world filled with gas bags.

yes Southie, these dayouts are paid for by the company .. mostly though high performers of the quarter get these kind of perks more then once a year

I question the usefulness of team bonding trips every few months. But if you do this once a year, it does make sense and really helps. I've lead a team of people who were based in different countries. And this was a great way of getting them together.

I have to agree with Southie and Umer on this... I find the concept of "formalized" bonding exercises and training rather superficial and imposed.
I'd rather have one or two informal optional activities every year such as a golf tournament, an afternoon out at the batting cages, office softball teams and similar competitions where people can "bond" in unofficial environments. Chances are that their cooperative behavior will eventually transcend these specific situations and help improve collaboration in the workplace as well.
