but she won't be saying this is right, she would be just helping the kid read the text, I am assuming that the kid can't read by herself and needs someone's help.

Are they old enough to use the computer? Let them use Christian educational software on their own. They make programs for young children.

As for her getting better, my God! I hope she does! InshaAllah.
One of them is old enough, but the purpose of me being there is to help them in case they cant figure out some words, etc.
As for strengthening their faith, its not like Im steering them away from Islam or anything, they're never going to convert. That much is a given.
I dont see why it would be wrong to read along with them, just to make sure they're not doing it wrong.

I suppose you basically help them with non biblical/religious reading aswell. Honestly I don't see anything wrong with helping the child read words.
Rest I am assuming they know you are a muslim and your beliefs contradict theirs and the reason you are helping them is not to encourage them read bible or anything but to help them with pronounciation of words.
If it was an adult then it would have been a different story but these are kids who need help with basic reading.

Sabriya I read bible but only to compare it with the Quran.....when you read bible you can see words from God and also words added by humans........I'm afraid that your sisters cannot see that difference as they are young and they dont know Quran either.
So it is better for you to somehow avoid reading bible to them, but as you said that you only help them to figure out some words then I think there is nothing wrong in it.
